外文摘要：Aimed at the characteristics of transmission network expansion planning， the paper proposes an improved Genetic Algorithm based on existing theory and a new mathematical modal。 Application of Genetic Algorithm in load forecast is probed。 Example and practical application prove that this improved algorithm is effective。
