外文摘要：This paper discusses the river basin survey information management according to the mapping technology standard and river basin survey information。 The development of modern mapping technology making various survey results be changed as digital datum provides the basic conditions for the computerized surveying information management。 The mapping information of the river basin is the objective reflection of river basin system。 It is necessary to manage well the surveying information in the aspect of river basin management and treatment， making it present in a regular rule or commonly share them through the effective management and analysis。 The modern surveying technology can be realized based on the mapping information management， PC technology and geographical information system technology。 However it should be provided with some related binding and guarantee systems in the policy and organization construction。 As a large river basin， it should be set up a special organization in the Yellow River area to be responsible for the mapping information management。
