外文摘要：Settling the issues concerning agriculture， countryside and peasants well is a crucial problem faced by our country， whose task is to structure harmonious society。 To make sure that insurance can serve the issues concerning agriculture， countryside and peasants well， and bring about an advance in the issues， and then perfect the agricultural security system of our country， we should draw lessons from the mode of the international advanced agricultural insurance， combine the national conditions of our country at the same time， set up the agricultural insurance system of the policy as soon as possible。
