外文摘要：Broadcasting media including radio and television are facing drastic competitions from other kinds of media in nowadays of information age。 They have to devote themselves to innovations of technology and management to continue their advantages of information services。 Information technology is a new kind of production factor。 Management innovation can propel the realization of information products and services。 Based on the contents and features of broadcasting technical management， this paper explains how to innovate in the broadcast technical management practices using information technology in terms of the fundamental functions of modern management and briefly analyses the probable problems in the innovation process。
