Some physiological indexes of apple detached leaf senescence as influenced by methyl jasmonate

外文摘要：Experiments were conducted to study the effect of methyl jasmonate (MJ) at different concentrations on physiological indexes of apple detached-leaf senescence. The results indicated that MJ from 10~(-7)mol/L to 10~(-3)mol/L significantly enhanced the senescence of apple leaves by promoting the degradation of chlorophyll and water soluble proteins, inhibiting the activity of Superoxide dismutase, Catalase and increasing the accumulation of Malondialdehyde.
