Special-purpose digital signal analyzer has a disadvantage of poor expansibility, low performance to price ratio。 So the paper introduces an analysis system which can realize the functions of special-purpose digital analyzer according to the working theory 。 The system enlarges partial symbolic statistical functions besides digital signal collection, transform, synthesis, evaluation, etc。 Using Automation technique, it also establishes seamless connection with Microsoft Excel。 As for the most important analysis function----power spectrum, the system also realizes classic mathematic and modern spectrum analysis method----AR Model, in addition the classic arithmetic。 There are a great number of signal processing problems in engineering fields。 With the development of computer, arithmetic and some other subjects, signal processing has extensive applications in sound, radar, sonar, earthquake, image, telecom system, system control, biomedicine engineering , mechanic vibration, remote sensing and controlling , aviation, fault analysis, etc。 At present, there are many kinds of special-purpose digital analyzers, but they have a disadvantage of high price and poor expansion。 The concept of virtual apparatus offers a new way for establishing a modern measurement and controlling laboratory。 So the author designed a PC-based dynamic digital signal analysis system with free expansion analysis function。 The system not only realize data processing , displaying , transmission, storage and other functions, but also offers users convenient maintenance, expansion, upgrade , etc, thereby a laboratory system accommodation to the demand of modern science and technology can be established。
