The performance parameters of nozzle’s spraying, such as the value and distribution of the spray impact force, directly affect effect of billet descaling in the high pressure water descaling system。 The nozzle’s manufacturers imminently demand that the performance parameters of nozzle can be detected in the stage of production。 It is very difficult to simulate in laboratory because of needing high pressure water of massive flux。 The detection of performance parameters of nozzle’s spraying is realized by taking measure of small-flux and high-pressure pump with accumulator, intermittently simulating high pressure water supply system of massive flux and making use of single row pressure sensor and removable three-dimensional worktable。 The result shows that the system possesses many merits, such as higher accuracy, lower cost, energy saving, etc。 and can achieve the requirement of the detection of nozzle’s spraying performance。
