A New Group Decision-making Method for Appraising the Real Estate Project Risks

外文摘要：For a group decision-making problem in real estate project risks appraisal which result is triangle fuzzy number，this paper proposes a new method which by combining decision makers weights with the consensus opinion，a synthesizing weights is gotten，then，considering results of the fuzzy decision and the synthesizing weights，a final results is obtained。The method is applied to assess real estate project risks，the results shows that the method can not only keep the independent of each expert opinion，but also consider decision makers consensus measure。
