外文摘要：The value generated by information resources is the biggest competition resource on the supply chains。 This article， based on the Value-net Theory， in connection with the general mechanism of information resources conversion and the theories on supply chain CRM， has designed the distribution and flow direction of supply chain information resources based on value-net， has created the general mechanism for the value conversion of supply chain information resources， and finally has built the model for realizing the value of supply chain information resources based on value-net。
