A new technology presented in this paper is the catalytic removal of dissolved oxygen from water with using hydrogen。 The catalyst is CY-02 catalytic resin。 The characteristic of deoxygenation is studied。 Some factors such as pressure, temperature, the height of the packing, spraying density, flow rate, the contact retention time, the height of the deoxygenation resin bed, pH value and total mineral content are discussed。 Some effective operational parameters as stated at the end of the paper。are discussed and tested
