外文摘要：In emergency decision-making support system， it is the main problem needed to be solved for EDSS to provide common and consistent understanding of some field knowledge for decision-makers of different fields。 Aiming at the problem， the paper put forward data-mining algorithm based on ontology， using decision tree classification technology in data-mining to make high-level classification for ontology knowledge in EDSS medical mobilization sub-system and produced classification rules。
