外文摘要：The container transportation and containerization for the materialmovement has been increasing rapidly in recent years。 Under thiscircumstance， the adequate container terminal with high performance isrequired to satisfy the needs of customers such as cargo owner and shippingcompany。 The purpose of this paper is to evaluate functional assessmentof efficient container terminal and to consider for higher performance ofcontainer terminal。 First， the container operating process informationis extracted through the database that is constructed by analysis of thedaily work report of practical container terminal。 And the formulae ofskill factor of operator including a driving speed and some troubles oftransfer crane is defined， and this skill factor is calculated by comparisonof operation time of constructed database and defined standard operationtime。 Finally， a Petri-network model of container handling is proposedfor estimation of performance of container throughput。
