外文摘要：The objective of this work is to assess the present stage of the Brazilian power marketreform， analyzing lessons learned from the results achieved so far， and to make suggestions to assure astrong electricity market design for the country。 The paper will focus on how to assure the supplyadequacy at least cost， including some propositions and evaluations to ensure a framework to attractnew investments。
