外文摘要：Under sealed conditions， oxygen was separated from the atmosphere by a homemade high purity nitrogen generator for grain storage to generate high-purity nitrogen。 High-purity nitrogen was dispersed and distributed uniformly in the bulk through re-circulation pipe under film。 To control storedgrain insects，the concentration of nitrogen was maintained above 95% for at least 19 days， which made insects under long-term hypoxic circumstance and finally die for lack of the necessary amount of oxygen。 In addition， oxygen concentration below 5% decreased the rate of wheat physiological metabolic activity， respiration， quality deterioration， and growth of grain-storage microbes。 It increased wheat security in storage。
