外文摘要：This paper describes the development of a freely available and standalone GIS software package that is specifically tailored toward hydrologic applications。 Hydrologically accurate and robust algorithms have been incorporated into the CatchmentSIM software package to overcome many of the problems associated with the simplified hydrologic algorithms adopted by conventional GIS programs
