Logistics management is an important part of enterprise management。 Relatively speaking， automotive spare parts logistics management is very complicated， therefore， it is particularly important for an Automobile manufacturing Enterprise to strengthen auto parts logistics management。 This paper analyzes the main problems existed in Dongfeng auto parts enterprisesȁ9;logistics management， and Proposes several optimal measures on auto parts logistics management。 Not only from the point of theory but also from view of application， these measures will better help for Dongfeng company to improve the level of auto parts logistics management。
