The market tendency and virtual enterprise of agile manufacturing lead to such markedchanges of logistics as vast increase of logistics cost and randomization， and the more ”quick”and ”agile” desire of logistics。 In this paper， after analyzing these new logistics features， atrans-enterprise logistics model based on classified logistics center is presented to fit agilemanufacturing。 In this model， the trans-enterprise logistics is carried out according to some collectingand distributing mechanism。 Its technical system is also discussed in the end。
