Adopting the relevant data (2007 Oct。 ~ 2009 Jun。)， on the background of financial crisis， employing the overseas mergers and acquisitions(M&As) of Chinese listed companies as research object， applying the input， output， and redundancy analysis under the Super-efficiency DEA model， this article makes an empirical analysis on the production efficiency of acquiring companies。 We take a comparative analysis on different industries'' samples， which expose the performance of M&As on different industries。 Along with the relationship research between resource allocation level and performance of M&As， from the empirical view， the article explains that integration process is vital to the forming of mergers and acquisitions'' value。
