外文摘要：In view that determination of index weights over relies on experts in process of Fuzzy evaluation，this paper presents an comprehensive evaluation approach combined rough set theory and fuzzy evaluation method for rail passenger service quality evaluation。 It applies rough set to determine index weights，and evaluate objectively rail passenger service quality through the fuzzy evaluation process。 The example application shows that the method is not only better evaluate rail passenger service but also provide a reference for quantitative analysis on service quality。
