外文摘要：Nowadays， accompanying with the development of the theory of financial governance and the situation of capital market， it is urgent to establish a set of specialized perfect evaluation system of financial governance。 Based on the financial theory and previous research about evaluation model of financial governance home and abroad， the article establishes a set of index system covering two aspects of governance structure and governance results， and make application innovation in the evaluation method by drawing improved TOPSIS method into the evaluation of financial governance， which successfully constructs extensible evaluation model on financial governance。
