The Spatial Econometric Analysis of Development Differences of Regional Producer Service Industry -A Case of Jiangsu

Using spatial econometric model and considering the influence of spatial factors， this paper discuses the factors which cause spatial disparities of producer services development in Jiangsu。 The National spatial autocorrelation analysis shows that the space concentration of producer service industry in Jiangsu has gradually strengthened。 Moreover， the region spatial autocorrelation analysis shows that there is the specific of space convergence in local production service industry。 This industry has formed such development pattern-south Jiangsu as the corn， being supported by the middle and northern areas of Jiangsu。 Not only the regional development of production service industry in Jiangsu shows the characteristics of space dependence and convergence， but also the impact factors do。 In the premise of considering spatial factors， this thesis reveals the factors which significantly impact the different development of regional producer service industry and there is certain space-dependence in producer services of adjacent areas。
