外文摘要：The high-tech industry development model selection related to efficiency and sustainability of the industrial growth。 This paper used the typical experience model on the development process in the United States， European Union， Japan and South Korea high-tech industries， combined with characteristics of Wuhan High-tech Industry Development， proposed the industry cluster model， platform model and technology integration to promote mode for the high-tech industry development。
