Through the cooperation between production and research, the mathematical model for the online control of conticast slab hot delivery and charging is studied and developed, production scheduling system is optimized, reheating furnace computer control system is upgraded and innovated, so as to achieve the goal of 90% plus hot delivery and charging ratio of slabs, reducing oxidization burning loss of conticast slabs by 5% plus, and specific consumption of reheating furnace of <0。 95 GJ/t。
