With the deterioration of the environment, insecticide safety was paid more and more attention recently, development of safe insecticide is very important for plant protection and environmental safety。 Based on the mechanism of binding to ryanodine receptor and the structures of reported compounds, a series of novel anthranilic diamide derivatives were designed and prepared。 The structures of target compounds were confirmed by MS and 1H-NMR, and their insecticidal activities against wheat aphids were investigated。 The results showed that some compounds are worth further study。
