SLAB HOT DELIVERY AND HOT CHARGE SYSTEM PRODUCTION DISPATCHING AND OPTIMIZATION BASED ON HEAT PROCESS MODEL

By investigation of 1700 caster slab hot delivery and hot charge production line of Shagang Group, mathematical model of heat process of the whole line is established based on the complete analysis of heat transfer mechanism and detailed calculation of numerical simulation is made by means of numerical simulation technique。 This article makes a thorough analysis of the influence of different caster slab cutting point temperature and different charging temperature on the production line and energy consumption, and the relationship and regulation between them is obtained。 The conclusion is significantly instructive for the production line dispatching and management optimization。
