The Adaptation of the Civil Aviation Development to the Well-off Society Development Based on Entropy AHP model and Matter-element Model

A comprehensive evaluation index system of development of civil aviation's adaption to process of building well-off society (referred to as the fitness of civil aviation)is established, and the Matter-element Model combined with the Entropy Analytic Hierarchy Process model(for short "E-A & Matter-element Model") is applied。 The entropy AHP is used to define index weight weights firstly, and model of matter-element correlation degree is applied to evaluate the development of civil aviation's adaptation to the process of building well-off society。 Evaluation showed that although China's civil aviation development lags behind the process of building a comprehensive well-off society, but the faster growth will make it achieve full implementation to adapt to well-off society and even beyond until 2020。
