A New Clustering Ensemble Algorithm Using Binary Nonnegative Matrix Factorization

Clustering ensemble is an important extension of the clustering algorithms, it has been proved that clustering ensemble can improve clustering robustness。 Recent research proposed that solving clustering ensemble can use nonnegative matrix factorization。 The paper proposes a new clustering ensemble algorithm using binary nonnegative matrix factorization。 This approach forms the binary matrix according to clustering partitions and factorizes binary nonnegative matrix factorization to achieve final clustering。 The experimental results show that the separation and the quality of new algorithm are better than other algorithms。
