In order to reduce the risk of the general contractor in the EPC contract model and to reach the maximization of profits, the risk evaluation index system of EPC general contract was established。 The weight of risk factors was determined based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), and the model of risk evaluation was set up based on the algorithm of fuzzy math。 The risk evaluation of engineering project was an urgent problem that's to be solved。 According to the established risk evaluation model, assessment and prevention on the risk of the project in the life cycle were given, which provided a viable technology path to the prevention of risk under the EPC contract model。
