Establishment of Analytical Method for Triforine Residue in Representative Crops Using QuEChERS and LC-MS/MS

A precise single residue analytical method was developed for a fungicide triforine in various crops using LC-MS/MS。 Apple, mandarin, Korean cabbage, green pepper, and brown rice were selected as representative crops, and clean-up system, partition solvent and extraction solvent were optimized。 For LC-MS/MS, triforine was separated on UHPLC (Shimadzu UHPLC Nexera) with C18 column (Phenomenex Kinetex C18 100A 2。0 × 100 mm, 2。 6 μm) and gradient elution (0。 1% formic acid and 0。1% formic acid in acetonitrile, 0。 3 mL/min),while Q1,collision energy and Q3 were optimized for multiple reaction monitoring (MRM, 435>389。85, 98。15, and 214。 95 m/z) in MS/ MS (Shimadzu LCMS-8030)。
