Chlorantraniliprole (A) and Cyantraniliprole (B) was discovered successively during the past decade by Dupont as a novel insecticide targeting the insect ryanodine receptor[1],which had mode of action by selectively activating the insect ryanodine receptor and caused the uncontrolled release of intracellular calcium stores。 Due to its new mode of action, high efficiency and low toxicity, chlorantraniliprole had aroused interests all over the world and most of the modifications were related to moiety b and c (Structure C)。
