粮食在储存期间容易受到害虫、害螨和微生物等有害生物的为害,造成粮食质量和数量的巨大损失,而人们目前用于保护储粮不受害虫侵害的武器似乎正在减少.近年来,溴甲烷因对臭氧层的破坏作用而逐渐被限用和淘汰,储粮害虫对磷化氢的抗药性问题也日益严重.甲酸乙酯(Ethyl formate)是一种对环境友好的绿色熏蒸剂,具有杀虫迅速、降解速度快、熏蒸后对粮食无不良影响等优良特性,2002年甲酸乙酯作为处理干果的熏蒸剂在澳大利亚登记注册.然而甲酸乙酯在熏蒸过程中也暴露出吸附性强、受环境温度影响较大以及高浓度下容易发生爆炸等问题急需解决.氮气气调技术是一种集杀虫、抑霉、保鲜于一体的无毒、无害、安全、环保的绿色储粮技术,该技术要求在粮仓中保持高氮气浓度(96%以上)较长的时间(15 d)才能达到预期的杀虫效果,这就对粮仓的密闭性提出了很高的要求.
Grains are vulnerable to insect,mite and microorganism during storage that resulted in the massive losses of the quality and quantity of grains,while the methods we can use to protect grains against insect seem to be reducing.In recent years,Methyl bromide (MB),damaging effects on the ozone layer,has been gradually restricted to use or eliminate.Furthermore,overreliance on phosphine (PH3) has been increasing levels of insect resistance to PH3.By now,ethyl formate (EtF) is an environment-friendly fumigant with good characteristics of insecticidal quickly,high degradation speed and no adverse effects after fumigation.
