Research on Investment Risk in Real Estate

China has been enjoying so called "real estate fever" in recent years。 Due to the fact that domestic estate enterprises have a low starting point and their operations are not normalized, there is great blindness for real estate investment。 Because of the effects of macro-economic policy, the investment in real estate has been restricted, so the risks of real estate investment increase。 How to measure the risk of investment projects in real estate has become a major issue in the face of real estate enterprises。 This paper selects several key factors from many factors, and quantify these factors。 Finally, we establish financial model to measure these risks of investment in real estate projects, hoping policymakers taking some risk aversion strategy to reduce the risks and enhance the successful rate of projects。
