A logical-linguistic model of ship collision avoidance in a heavy traffic zone is presented. The model consists of four input linguistic variables: bearing; course of the operator ship; course of the target ship; speed of the target ship; and one output linguistic variable - change in the course of the operator ship. Rules for generation of Database for fuzzy production rules obtained using a maneuverable plane-table is presented.
