The development of wireless vehicle communication technology, which is an important part of intelligent transportation system, has a very wide range of applications in vehicle ad-hoc network。 The wireless vehicle communication technology assists drivers' driving behaviors and improves the driving safety in highways。 Factors, such as fast-moving, network frequent-changing, large scale of networks and time delay, affect wireless vehicle communication technology。 Therefore, it's important to improve stability。 The paper analyzes fast-moving and frequent-changing issues。 The protocol is optimized by combining broadcast routing with AODV routing to obtain high stability and low flooding。 The data packet is sent to surrounding nodes within one-jump range until the data reach the destination node。。Through data communication, the handshake header reduce the flooding, time delay and packet loss rate by identifying whether the received data is duplication data and determining whether the data need to be sent。
