In Japan, many apartment houses face pressure to prolong their lifecycles. Concurrently, there has been an increase in the restructuring apartment housing management systems to support both building management and residents' lives. We have examined management systems for condominiums in the French metropolitan area, which has along history of condominiums, to gain knowlec^e that could be applied to Japan. This paper revues the previous studies that affect our studies, aiming to consider the next subjects in the housing management research.
