二次電池制御時の過渡安定度高速推定手法

In recent years, application of a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) has attracted attention as one of the supply and demand control with the large introduction of renewable energy such as solar power (PV). In order to use BESS more effectively, we have developed the control method of BESS aiming at improving the transient stability of the electric power system. In this paper, we propose control and selection method of multiple BESSs from the viewpoint of transient stability improvement based on the transient energy function method. Therefore, in our proposed method, installation points of BESS is evaluated by this index and selected multiple BESSs that are used to improve transient stability for contingencies. In this paper, we report the results of confirming the effectiveness by comparing with the Critical Clearing Time (CCT) by applying the proposed method to the two model systems through simulation.
