Wearable photonics is an emerging field in wearable devices。 Current wearable AlN photonics is passive without tuning capability, hindering its versatile applications in optical switching and signal encoding。 The relatively small Pockels coefficient of AlN requires very high voltage for a wide wavelength tuning range, which is hardly achievable in traditional wearable energy sources。 TENG is a promising energy source with a high voltage output for wearable devices。 This paper presents the first demonstration of wide wavelength tuning in AlN photonics by leveraging TENG's high voltage output。
