"Internet+" has become the current trend of curriculum construction and classroom teaching。 Hurdle technology teaching is the main content of track and field courses for sports majors。 The traditional teaching design and teaching methods can no longer meet the requirements of track and field hurdle technology teaching and innovative talents training。 This paper proposes a framework of hurdle technology teaching based on the "Internet+" media platform， which aims to further improve the hurdle technology teaching method and system， make use of the teaching resources of "Internet+" multi-channel information platform， carry out the redesign and implementation of classroom teaching， and guide students to have targeted preparation， learning， practice and review， so as to improve teaching effectiveness。 It is well adapted to the needs of classroom teaching。
