Gene Regulation Pathway Modeling

扫码查看
Gene regulation is a process by which cells regulate the production of proteins。 The purpose of this paper is to investigate how the cell will react if the four basic molecules included in the gene regulation pathway change in specific cases using MATLAB's SimBiology application。 As overexpression is a state that denotes cancer and underexpression denotes tissue death, examples of these cases were modeled by means of changing the molecule amounts and reaction coefficients。 The obtained results highlight the potentials of this application to be used in real scientific experiments。
