外文摘要：With the advent of the era of global 3D film and television special effects， 3D film and television special effects enable the audience to experience a new visual experience。 It plays a crucial role in both the visual performance and scriptwriter of film and television， and its positive effects have become the factors promoting the continuous progress of film and television scriptwriter technology。 Therefore， only by making full use of 3D film and television special effects and making better use of film and television scriptwriter technology， we can make the film and television works with outstanding theme， strong sense of picture， high audience recognition and good quality so as to really promote the development of film and television field in a better direction。
