Comparative Study on Equivalent Circuit Model Parameters of EIS of Retired Lithium-Ion Power Batteries

Based on the electrochemical impedance spectrum(EIS) test results of retired lithium-ion power batteries under different state of health (SOH) and state of charge (SOC), the fitting results of the newly constructed electrochemical equivalent circuit model and several equivalent circuit model parameters commonly used in the literature are compared and analyzed. At the same time, the improved grey slope correlation analysis method is used to analyze the correlation between the equivalent parameters and the SOC and SOH of the battery. Further analysis shows that the newly constructed equivalent circuit model can well fit the impedance spectra under different SOH and SOC, and the constant phase elements have a certain relationship with SOH and SOC of retired power batteries, which indicates the feasibility of further predicting the residual value of the batteries.
