In recent years, cancer diagnostic and therapeutic techniques using magnetic nanoparticles have been actively studied. In this study, we fabricated a system to measure the harmonic signals derived from the magnetization of magnetic nanoparticles internalized into adherent cells. Magnetic properties associated with magnetic relaxations under an alternating magnetic field with respect to magnetic nanoparticles internalized into adherent cells were observed to evaluate the magnetization dynamics influenced on the state of intracellular magnetic nanoparticles such as degree of agglomeration and interactions from the intracellular environment.
