In 2007, we found one specimen of this genus in Fengyangshan Nature Reserve in Zhejiang Province. After careful examination and comparison of our specimen with the holotype of S.punctulatum, we conclude that the holotype was a male but our specimen was a female. The female of Sinodomadion punctulatum is reported for the first time, and the photographs of adult are presented.
