with the rapid development of low-carbon industry in china, it needs large quantities of talents, andclassroom teaching is the main way of talent cultivation. With a sample of 20 low-carbon enterprises and 139questionnaires, the paper studies employment capability of materials physics students. An investigation andanalysis dates show:there are the four main employment capabilities of materials physics students which areautonomous learning, innovation, teamwork, network learning, self-motivated .Finally, the paper reform aprofessional classroom teaching framework based on the demand information of low-carbon enterprises inorder to improve efficiency of classroom teaching and enhance low-carbon enterprise' development.
