with the rapid development of low-carbon industry in china, it needs large quantities of talents, andclassroom teaching is the main way of talent cultivation. With a sample of 20 low-carbon enterprises and 139questionnaires, the paper studies employment capability of materials physics students. An investigation andanalysis dates show：there are the four main employment capabilities of materials physics students which areautonomous learning, innovation, teamwork, network learning, self-motivated .Finally, the paper reform aprofessional classroom teaching framework based on the demand information of low-carbon enterprises inorder to improve efficiency of classroom teaching and enhance low-carbon enterprise' development.
