Spoken language is an dispensable part in English learning that new version of College EnglishCurriculum Requirement considers promoting the students' spoken language as one of the most importantgoals in college English teaching. However, at present, the students' oral expression ability is not so good incolleges. It is urgent to improve the quality of oral English classes and solve so called "dumb English".Fortunately, with the coming of information age, it is possible to combine information technology into English and form a new mode of Teaching. Information technology provides excellent interactive methods forinquiry learning mode and provides the possibility for online learning.
