全基因组甲基化揭示长白与五指山猪胚胎发育早期DNA甲基化的差异特征

DNA methylation is a crucial epigenetic modification in mammals and plays important roles in muscle development.Here,we performed whole-genome bisulfite sequencing(WGBS)of early embryonic skeletal muscle from Landrace(LR)and Wuzhishan(WZS)pig which differ in meat production.Wegenerated a genome-wide landscape of DNA methylomes, uncovered their relationship with geneexpression and provided a number of candidate differentially methylated genes (DMGs) that mayinvolve in regulatory network for early embryonic muscle development.
