Service sector is becoming more and more important globally thuscountries pursue service liberalization through the implementation of FTA. Indonesia has signed and implemented ASEAN-Australia-New Zealand FreeTrade Agreement (AANZFTA) since 2012 which also regulates on trade inservices.Such FTA has given the participating countries the market access andnational treatment to enter other parties' market. This research aims to see theimpact of ASEAN-Australia-New Zealand Free Trade Agreement on lndonesia'sservice trade through the perspective of bilateral service trade Between Australiaand Indonesia by using paired sample t-test.This research suggests that there isan impact on Indonesia's service export to Australia after the implementation ofAANZFTA.This condition is possibly happen because Indonesia tourism exportto Australia grows significantly and the current service sector environment inAustralia is open enough and attractive for foreign services suppliers. On theother hand, there is no impact on lndonesia's service trade import from Australiaafter the implementation of AANZFTA.Such condition may be triggered by thestrict service sector environment of Indonesia so it is rather hard for foreignservice suppliers from Australia to enter the market, especially in some of theattractive sector for Australia like education sector.
