    Kohler-Forsberg, OleSorensen, Holger J.Benros, Michael E.Petersen, Liselotte...

查看更多>>摘要:Background: Somatic diseases have been associated with an increased risk for subsequent schizophrenia; however, it is unknown whether prior somatic diseases negatively affect early treatment outcomes after a first-time schizophrenia diagnosis.

Why and how to support depsychiatrisation of adult transidentity in ICD-11: A French study

    Robles-Garcia, RebecaFresan, AnaQuach, AlexandreStona, Anne-Claire...

查看更多>>摘要:Background: For the 11th version of the International Classification of Diseases, the WHO recommended to rename transgender transidentity as "gender incongruence", to remove it from the chapter of mental and behavioral disorders, and to put it in a new category titled "Conditions related to sexual health". This should contribute to reduce stigmatisation while maintaining access to medical care. One argument in favor of depsychiatrisation is to demonstrate that essential features of gender identity disorders, namely psychological distress and functional impairment, are not necessarily reported by every transgender person, and may result from social rejection and violence rather than dysphoria itself. Initially confirmed in Mexico, these hypotheses were tested in a specific French medical context, where access to care does not require any prior mental health evaluation or diagnosis.

Effects of stimulant drug use on the dopaminergic system: A systematic review and meta-analysis of in vivo neuroimaging studies

    Proebstl, LisaKamp, FeliciaManz, KirsiKrause, Daniela...
    10页
查看更多>>摘要:Background: Stimulant drugs can cause persistent changes in the brain. Imaging studies show that these changes are most apparent in dopamine transporter (DAT) or receptor availability within the striatum.

Emotion dysregulation and non-suicidal self-injury: A systematic review and meta-analysis

Liu, Richard T.Wolff, Jennifer C.Thompson, ElizabethThomas, Sarah A....
    12页
查看更多>>摘要:Background: Over the past several years there has been considerable interest in the relation between emotion dysregulation and non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI), particularly given that rates of NSSI have been increasing and NSSI is a critical risk factor for suicidal behavior. To date, however, no synthesis of empirical findings exists.

    Kessler, R. C.Myin-Germeys, IKiekens, G.Hasking, P....
    8页
查看更多>>摘要:Background: Despite increased awareness that non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) poses a significant public health concern on college campuses worldwide, few studies have prospectively investigated the incidence of NSSI in college and considered targeting college entrants at high risk for onset of NSSI.

Gender differences of patients at-risk for psychosis regarding symptomatology, drug use, comorbidity and functioning - Results from the EU-GEI study

    Randers, LasseKrakauer, KristineGlenthoj, LouiseGlenthoj, Birte...
    8页
查看更多>>摘要:Background: Gender differences in symptomatology in chronic schizophrenia and first episode psychosis patients have often been reported. However, little is known about gender differences in those at risk of psychotic disorders. This study investigated gender differences in symptomatology, drug use, comorbidity (i.e. substance use, affective and anxiety disorders) and global functioning in patients with an at-risk mental state (ARMS) for psychosis.

Longitudinal studies of functional magnetic resonance imaging in first-episode psychosis: A systematic review

    Gonzalez-Vivas, CarlosSoldevila-Matias, PauSparano, OlgaGarcia-Marti, Gracian...
    10页
查看更多>>摘要:Background: Little is known about changes in brain functioning after first-episode psychosis (FEP). Such knowledge is important for predicting the course of disease and adapting interventions. Functional magnetic resonance imaging has become a promising tool for exploring brain function at the time of symptom onset and at follow-up.
