Firstly, the fractional q-deformation chaotic map is proposed by employing the Caputo delta difference operator. Secondly, the rich dynamical behaviors, such as numerically stable period (NSP) attractor, quasi-periodic attractor, strange nonchaotic attractor, and chaotic attractor, of the proposed map are discussed by utilizing bifurcation diagram, phase diagram, and 0-1 test. Thirdly, two controllers are designed to study the chaos control and synchronization of the fractional q-deformation chaotic map. Finally, numerical simulations are presented to demonstrate the findings. (C) 2022 Published by Elsevier Inc.

We consider a nonlinear viscoelastic constitutive law which involves a convex subdifferential inclusion term and thermal effects. The contact condition is modeled with unilateral constraint condition for a version of normal velocity. The boundary conditions that describe the contact, friction and heat flux are govern by the generalized Clarke multivalued subdifferential. We derive a coupled system of two nonlinear first order evolution inclusions problems, which consists of a parabolic variational-hemivariational inequality for the displacement and a hemivariational inequality of parabolic type for the temperature. Then, the unique weak solvability of the contact problem is obtained by virtue of a fixed point theorem and the surjectivity result of multivalued maps. Finally, we deliver a continuous dependence result on a coupled system when the data are subjected to perturbations. (C) 2022 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.

To realize the global and exponential consensus, a kind of effective distributed im-pulsive pinning control strategy is proposed. Adequate conditions are derived to assure the consensus by applying the average impulsive interval, the comparison principle with hybrid time-varying delays, and the method of parametric variation. Considering that the impulse could not only be beneficial but also be adverse to the final consensus, the posi-tive and negative impulsive effects are studied in detail, respectively, and the larger ranges of impulsive effects are obtained. Correspondingly, by considering the impulsive effects in different situations, different conver gence rates are accurately calculated. In addition, the validity of the control strategy proposed in this paper is verified based on the simulation examples.(c) 2022 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.

查看更多>>摘要:Based on sampled-data control, this work studies dissipative control for Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy system. The T-S fuzzy model combined with the fuzzy membership functions (FMFS) are considered which derive the less conservative result. To take advantage of the sampling interval for more realistic information, a novel Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional (LKF) containing integral variables and the fuzzy membership functions is constructed. As a result, combined the appropriate mode-dependent Lyapunov function with the method of free-weighting matrix, sufficient condition is developed to ensure that the system is (Q, S, R) - gamma - dissipative. Moreover, a required sampled-data controller is also designed. Finally, two numerical simulation examples are carried out, which verify the feasibility and validity of the proposed theoretical results. (C) 2022 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.

查看更多>>摘要:A Filippov crop-pest-natural enemy ecological system with threshold switching surface related to the pest control is developed, which has been completely analyzed by employing the qualitative techniques of non-smooth dynamical systems. The main results reveal that the proposed switching model can have multiple pseudo-equilibria in the sliding region, which result in rich bifurcations in the sliding region including saddle-node, Hopf, Bogdanov-Takens and Hopf-like boundary equilibrium bifurcations. Moreover, the pseudo-periodic solution (or pseudo-homoclinic loop) can be generated in the sliding region through a Hopf bifurcation (or a homoclinic bifurcation), which can collide with the tangential lines at the cusp singularities and finally disappears as parameter varies. This reveals that although the system can stabilize on the sliding region to achieve the purpose of pest control, there are complex dynamical behaviors and sliding bifurcations within the sliding region. Furthermore, as the threshold level varies, the model exhibits the interesting global sliding bifurcations including grazing bifurcation, buckling bifurcation, crossing bifurcation, homoclinic bifurcation to a pseudo-saddle, period-halving bifurcation and chaotic dynamics. This implies that control outcomes are sensitive to the threshold level, and hence it is crucial to choose the threshold level to initiate control strategy. (C) 2022 Elsevier Inc. 查看更多>>摘要:One of the main challenges in breast cancer risk assessment is to provide a patient with an easily interpretable perspective on her disease's situation. This paper proposes a new method for accessing breast cancer risk, called Hybrid High-order Type-2 Fuzzy Cognitive Map Improved Random Forest Classification (H-HT2 FCM IRFC, in which, by taking an exact analysis, the disease risk is qualitatively obtained in three modes, i.e., each optimistic, realistic and pessimistic. Using either FCM or high-order FCM does not make a favorable response in uncertain situations where applying type-2 fuzzy to obtain the weights of FCM will have much better answers. A hybrid version of high-order type-2 FCM, proposed in this work, enables us to assess the breast cancer risk in three modes of optimistic, realistic, and pessimistic. The proposed method has three levels; at the first level, patient profile, family history, and inherited factors are tested by high-order FCM. At the second level, by examining the mass characteristics obtained from the mammograms, the disease risk is achieved by hybrid high-order type-2 FCM in three modes of optimistic, realistic, and pessimistic. The position of the tumor's effect on breast cancer is obtained in the third level by the fuzzy method. Finally, an overall breast cancer risk is predicted by a new algorithm, called Improved Random Forest Classification, which results in superior performance. Compared with the existing methods, the accuracy of the results obtained from the proposed method is desirable. The three-mode assessment will help the patients and their physician (oncologist) run the best treatment. Finally, the proposed method is successfully tested on an actual medical dataset. Perfect pseudomatchings interpolate between perfect matchings, in which all components are K-2, and perfect star packings, in which all components are stars K-1(,3). In this contribution we present some results on perfect pseudomatchings with small number of components in some classes of fullerene graphs. (C) 2022 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.

查看更多>>摘要:This paper mainly addresses the issue of passivity for semi-Markovian jump fuzzy systems (S-MJFSs) with saturation and uncertainty and analyzes the finite-time performance. Compared with existing research results, the passivity problem of semi-Markovian jump system (S-MJS) with mixed disturbances is proposed, and time-delay, parameter uncertainty are also considered in the close-loop systems. Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy strategy is used to deal with finite-time nonlinear problem. Firstly, the sufficient condition of finite-time boundedness for S-MJFSs is proposed by the derivation and transformation of matrix inequality. Then, disturbance observer based control (DOBC) and passive control are combined to address the robust passive problem. Furthermore, finit-time passive controller is solved to guarantee the control requirements of uncertain S-MJFSs. Finally, the results are applied in the practical system model and the feasibility of the results is verified. (C) 2022 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.

In this paper, we consider the inverse problem of constructing a sparse probabilistic Boolean network from the prescribed transition probability matrix. We propose a modified orthogonal matching pursuit for solving the inverse problem. We provide some conditions under which the proposed algorithm can recover a sparse probabilistic Boolean network. We also report some numerical results to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. (C) 2022 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.

查看更多>>摘要:In this paper we study the inverse problem of locating a prey in a spider orb-web from measurements of the in-plane dynamic response of the web immediately after the impact. The orb-web, having axial symmetry and fixed boundary, is described by a continuous pre-stressed membrane undergoing infinitesimal deformation. The impact of the prey is modeled by an in-plane pressure field, whose two spatial components constitute the unknowns of the inverse problem. A reconstruction algorithm for the impact region is proposed, which is essentially based on the determination of certain generalized Fourier coefficients of the loading terms starting from discrete in-plane dynamical measurements that mimic what the spider performs in nature. The results show that the information gathered by the spider positioned at the center of the web is sufficient for a precise localization of the prey, for different prey and orb-web characteristics. The simulations also show that the sensitivity of the reconstruction to errors on the data is significant only when the observation time is close to the theoretical minimum time.
