This study is written to determine the differences in the effects of long-term athlete development-based football training on football players' physical abilities and academic achievements aged 10 and 12 years. Forty-four young football players were involved in this study divided into two age groups of 10 (n = 21) and 12 (n = 23). Before and after the six-month and one-year treatment, physical abilities, consisting of 30 m sprint ability and leg muscle explosive power, were measured using a vertical jump test and aerobic endurance with a multistage fitness test (MFT). In contrast, academic achievement was measured by documenting the scores of mathematics, language, science, social sciences in the report book. The results showed that the long term athlete development-football training model impacted physical abilities but did not affect academic achievements. There was no significant difference between groups of ages 10 and 12. Long-term athlete development-based football training can develop physical abilities and support young football players to complete academic activities.

As the effects of these systems on the performance of the entities are both financial and non-financial, their success is of crucial importance. This study is an exploratory factorial analysis to identify the factors of successful implementation of ERP systems in the medium and big companies in Albania. We use in depth surveys and interviews with firms that have implemented enterprise resource planning systems and include twenty initial variables in the survey. Later these variables are combined in three factors that have the biggest impact on the success rate of ERP implementation: the overall quality and end-user satisfaction with the ERP system; the cost-benefit ratio of the ERP and the support from the ERP provider and ERP implementing consultant. This study contributes not only theoretically to the empirical literature, but also practically because it helps businesses of the region that are considering implementing ERPs in the future to pay attention to the most critical factors of success with ERPs.

The quantitative method used in this study was applied to start-up companies in Greater Jakarta with a population of 522 start-ups. The sampling method in this study used a purposive sampling technique. Questionnaires were distributed using google form as many as 522 questionnaires, 200 questionnaires were returned. From the returned questionnaires, after sorting the completeness and fulfilling the requirements for testing, 187 questionnaires were obtained consisting of the founders. Primary data were collected through a questionnaire and then analyzed using statistical analysis methods using Partial Least Square SmartPLS version 3 program. The partial least square analysis results show that each of the factors: agility, entrepreneurship capability, business transformation and opportunity have a significant effect in increasing start-up behavior in Jabodetabek. This finding explains that in building a start-up, the founder must possess the agility entrepreneurship capability factor while still following business transformation and opportunities in developing the business. This study also found that the opportunity factor is the most dominant factor in increasing the start-up behavior of founders.

The Indonesian Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, OJK) issued a credit restructuring policy, effective from March 2020 to March 2022, to reduce credit and bank capital risk. This study proposes the bank risk scenario after the credit restructuring policy of the OJK moratorium in March 2022 and proposes the internal bank policy simulation to mitigate credit and capital risks in terms of Non-Performing Loan (NPL) and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). The difficulty of this study is how to develop the risk scenario and to simulate the bank risk mitigation policy after the policy moratorium, while the COVID-19 pandemic is still ongoing and the economy is not yet normal. To that purpose, this study uses a system dynamics methodology with Powersim Studio 10 software that is able to make scenarios on the level of credit risk (NPL) and bank capital (CAR) and able to simulate internal bank policy to overcome the risk by considering the environmental and policy changes. Based on the policy simulation, it is recommended that bank can implement the restructuring policy to control the credit risk and strengthening the NPL monitoring activity in order to manage and decrease the loan impairment expenses. To increase CAR, the result shows that the combined policy consists of the NPL monitoring program, the interest rate and the operating cost management program is able to produce a significant increase in bank's capital (CAR). The original contribution of this study is to provide new model of credit and capital risk scenario and risk imitigation simulation during the COVID-19 pandemic. The advantage of this study is that the model can be tested and implemented to other banks.

This study examines the effects of experiential fit on identification, cocreation reward, and cocreation-supportive behaviours by considering the theories of organisational fluidity, service-dominant logic, and social support. Data collected from 1,090 respondents are analysed using AMOS and SPSS. The service-dominant approach is incorporated with a dynamic view of individual value fit to explore user identification, rewards, and cocreation value. The statistical results reveal that a mobile-based ecosystem may provide value convergence for its users (i.e., experiential fit) and thus enable value reservation (i.e., identification), achievement (i.e., cocreation reward), and value dissemination (i.e., cocreation-supportive behaviours). This study offers a new dynamic approach regarding cocreation-supportive behaviours for the digital business ecosystem literature.

Although nanotube sheet and yarn commercialization is still an emerging activity, these materials may become important in the future Business and Economics of societies. Therefore, this paper surveys current worldwide efforts toward manufacturing and commercialization of nanotube macroscale materials. The survey will help researchers, investors and economists consider how the new materials might be used in new applications and how the materials might spur economic development. Nanotube macroscale materials consist of yarn, tapes, and sheets, and exclude powdered forms of nanotubes used as filler materials. Both Carbon Nanotube (CNT) and Boron Nitride Nanotube (BNNT) materials are considered. It is anticipated that macroscale sheet and yarn with customizable properties will have broad applications. This paper is organized to provide ideas for possible areas of applications of nanotube yarn and sheet, followed by a survey of current commercialization efforts. Manufacturing barriers that must be overcome to push the development of nanotube macroscale materials toward large scale commercialization are also discussed. The paper also provides references for researchers and industry professionals who may want to further develop and put nanotube macroscale materials into their own applications.

With individualism gaining momentum, many people employed in the booming services sector are seeking autonomy in their workplaces, where increased interaction time among colleagues underlines the importance of collaboration. Conflicts are inevitable in these interactions, particularly in today's diversified society that embraces different ideas and values. Building on prior studies of intragroup conflict, we construct a model that depicts the relationship between financial services workers' work autonomy and intragroup conflict. A questionnaire survey of workers in Taiwan's financial institutions is conducted and 266 valid samples are collected. The empirical results obtained through structural equation modeling tests and analysis indicate that work autonomy negatively affects intragroup conflict.
